      2. Vac-U-Seal impeller design creates a vacuum between the impeller and seal. Lack of pressure on the seal face minimizes seal wear resulting in longer seal life.
      3. Close-coupled shaft with Cast iron engine mount for mount strength and heat dissipation from the motor.
      4. Screw-in flange fittings are standard on -FLG models, and optional on all other models.

Centrifugal Pumps Coupled to Electric Motors

        • Patented Vac-U-Seal impeller design creates a vacuum between the impeller and mechanical seal. Lack of pressure on the seal face minimizes seal wear and results in a longer seal life.
        • Double wet seal design provides for continuous lubrication of the seal faces. This wet seal design allows the pump to be run dry for extended periods with no damage to the mechanical seal faces.
        • Closed impeller design minimizes thrust loading on the drive motor extending the life of the drive motor. Impeller wear actually increases performance.
        • Extra thick cast walls provide extra strength and extend the life of the unit due to abrasion and corrosion.

Piston Pump Features:

        1. NEW Inlet & Outlet Flanges make it easier to plumb your piston pump system and eliminate leaks with flange fittings. (Add -F after model number).
        2. Double Piston Rod Seals work in unison to offer multiple stage protection between the wet end and crankcase.
        3. Outboard Cylinder Plunger Packing can be inspected or replaced in the field without removing the hoses.
        4. Check Valves are designed for positive seal, easy priming, and long life.
        5. Single Valve Cap provides easy access to check valves without removing the hoses. Simple to service in the field.
        6. Common or Independent Manifolds are available on the double piston pumps. Independent manifolds allow for dual flow divider usage or half width fertilizer application.
        7. Main Shaft Seals incorporate a dual wiper that is enclosed in a grease cavity to flush out contamination. This helps to extend the life of the metering pump.
        8. 12-Volt Speed Rate Controller

The John Blue 12-Volt Controller is available in 15 and 35 amp models. A stainless steel ammonia pressure gauge is available as an option with or without a plumbing kit. The 35 amp is also available with a digital display, which keeps pressurized fertilizers or chemicals out of the cab of the tractor. The remote stainless steel sensor has a 1/4″ NPT male fitting and uses a 20 foot wiring harness. The 35 amp control comes standard with run/ hold feature, which can be wired to your implement lift switch using a whisker or proximity switch.
